The Task Management enables you to get a comprehensive display of all tasks and it will support you with your planning, managing and monitoring of tasks of most diverse complexity.
Besides gathering general information, it is possible to categorize and prioritize tasks and make them available for general editing. You may assign responsible persons or groups to each task and topic and enter deadlines for these tasks.
With its individually definable editing status in form of a drop down menu and an automatically assigned ID by the system, the Task Management is wonderfully usable as a ticket system.
The system will automatically generate an e-mail with a direct link for the person concerned when creating and editing tasks. Moreover, persons who are responsible for specific tasks will be notified if certain threshold values have been reached or exceeded (status changes, missing deadlines etc.). It’s understood that viewing and accessing tasks is only possible via roles and rights management.
