The Activity Calendar can be used for writing down your own activities and getting an overview of your colleagues’ appointments. Via mouseover, further details on the corresponding activity can be displayed, such as period, location and comment.
It takes only a few mouse clicks to create new activities, and you can easily assign them to predefined categories. The activity will then be highlighted in accordance with the category. A user-friendly arrow navigation enables you to quickly switch between individual months and years.
A record of attendance will display up-to-date information on presences and absences of individual staff members. Thanks to an intelligent filtering function, you may filter according to activities or presences of individual staff members.
By using the Activity Documentation, you can easily manage own activities. The entire activities will be displayed neatly arranged via the integrated search and filtering function. By making a few mouse clicks only, you can create new activities, and thus handle tasks straightforwardly.
By using templates, activities can be set up in tabular form for being quickly imported afterwards. It is also possible to export already created activities.
